Accommodation at the People’s Meeting

The People’s Meeting Association runs two camping areas, Camp Dreamland and Camp Young Agenda, both within walking distance of the festival area.

Other lodging options, such as hotels and private room rentals are available on Bornholm, but as they are not administered by the festival, we regret that we cannot provide advice or booking assistance.

Camp Dreamland

At Camp Dreamland, you will be close to the debates, but also sufficiently secluded that you can quickly grab a moment’s peace and quiet whenever you might need a break.

Here you can rent one of our deluxe tipis, or you can pitch your own tent. The area includes toilets, showers, quiet areas and a lounge.

Camp Ung Agenda

Camp Young Agenda

For many participants in the Young Agenda part of the People’s Meeting, the festival begins at Camp Young Agenda, where over 4,000 young people from all parts of Denmark live together during the People’s Meeting. The camp is located within walking distance of the stages and debates, making it easy to move between the camp and the many events at the People’s Meeting.

Camp Young Agenda is open for anyone between the ages of 16 and 30. It is a sociable and safe community, where young people can get together across the bounds of background, interests and organizations. You won’t need to have any experience in politics or social debate in order to participate.

For the time being, it is only possible to book campsites at Camp Young Agenda. Please do take note though, that in addition to the entrance fee to the area itself, you will need to pay an extra booking fee for your campsite, based upon the estimated size of your tent. This has proved necessary in order to organize the space available and to ensure that there is room for all.
