The panel we will discuss how food systems literacy can be build into the SDG teaching and how young people can not only benefit in terms of learning but also to development of new solutions in the food systems transformation. We will use the insights from the Growing Green Communities that has been carried out in schools in Denmark and four other European countries as well as from the SESAM project being implemented in 6 Danish schools. The panel is the conclusion of a workshop on Plants; Proteins & Pupils at Paradisbakken School on Thursday June 13th where pupils from two schools worked with the plant based transformation and carried out their own voxpops at the Folkemødet.
